介绍了将脂酰葡甘聚糖醛酸钠添加到工程蝇抗菌肽中的试验研究，试验证明，脂酰葡甘聚糖醛酸钠 可改善其组织结构，提高其水溶性、稳定性，转化产品的乳化效率、膨胀率和保型效果，并获得添加脂酰葡甘聚 糖醛酸钠的最佳条件是：酯酰葡甘聚糖醛酸钠用是为１２％，水用量为６５％，温度为７０℃。

Sodium fatty acyl-glucomannanuronate is compounded with engineering fly antibiotic peptide. The trial shows that sodium fatty acyl-glucomannanuronate can improve organization structure,solution steadiness,expansion and emulsification efficiency,and type-keeping. The optimum condition is 12% sodi- um fatty acyl-glucomannanuronate, 65 % water and temperature with 700℃.
