摘要
研究了几种Lewis酸、碱作催化剂对碳酸二甲酯与苯酚的酯交换反应催化活性 ,其中Pb(Ac) 2 ·3H2 O具有较高的催化活性和选择性。以Pb(Ac) 2 ·3H2 O为催化剂对反应的催化剂用量、原料配比、反应温度和反应时间等工艺条件进行了研究。实验表明 :当n(碳酸二甲酯 )∶n(苯酚 )∶n(Pb(Ac) 2 ·3H2 O) =1∶4∶0 0 4,反应温度 175℃ ,反应时间15h时 ,酯交换反应基本上达到平衡 ,苯酚的转化率为 2 4 80 % ,MPC的选择性为 76 49% ,DPC的选择性为2 3 5 1%
The transesterification between phenol and dimethylcarbomate (DMC) was investigated with Lewis acid and base catalysts Of the several catalysts tested,Pb(Ac) 2·3H 2O has the highest activity Proportion of raw materials,amount of catalyst,reaction temperature and reaction time were investigated based on Pb(Ac) 2·3H 2O When the reaction was carried out for 15 h at n (DMC): n (PhOH): n [Pb(Ac) 2·3H 2O]=1∶4∶0 04 (molar ratio) and temperature 175 ℃,the transesterification basically reached the equilibrium state,the conversion of phenol was 24 80%,the selectivity for methylphenyl carbonate (MPC) was 76 49% and the selectivity for diphenylcarbonate (DPC) was 23 51%
