体外循环无左心引流的临床应用

CLINICAL APPLICATION OF EXTRACORPOREAL CIRCULATION WITHOUT DRAINAGE OF THE LEFT HEART

自1984年4月至1989年12月,选择性地对继发孔房间隔映损、室间隔缺损和法乐三联症共计369例,采用无左心引流的体外循环心内直视手术的方法,与采用左心引流的156例作比较分析。前者结果满意。无任何并发症。主动脉根部持续排气是防止空气栓塞的有效措施。

From April 1984 to December 1989,369 children with congenital heart diseases wereoperated on.Their cardiac anomalies included ventricular septal defect,secundum atrial septaldefect,pulmonary stenosis and atrial septal defect with pulmonary stenosis,etc.Open-heartoperations were performed without drainage of the left heart.Their postoperative courseswere uneventful and without complications.Continuous suction was used to remove air through a Y-needle inserted into the as-cending aorta and found that it is an effective method to prevent air embolism.
