鲜威灵仙致重症接触性皮炎和全身性不良反应1例

Severe contact dermatitis and systemic reaction caused by fresh Clematis chinensis osbeck:A case report

患者女， 30岁，大面积外敷鲜威灵仙全草 10小时后，接触部发生红斑、大疱和灼痛伴心悸、胸闷等全身性不良反应，持续 6天，经治疗痊愈。斑贴试验证实鲜威灵仙全草系原发性刺激物。

A 30- year- old female patient presented erythema、 bullae, burning pain and palpitation and dyspnea after contacting with fresh Clematis chinensis osbeck for 10 hours. The disease condition continued for 6 days and was cured. Patch test proved that fresh Clematis chinensis osbeck was the primary irritant.
