中间相沥青用作镁炭砖粘结剂的可行性研究 被引量:10

摘要 提出以中间相沥青替代酚醛树脂作镁炭砖粘结剂来提高镁炭砖的质量。通过正交实验选定了用作粘结剂的中间相沥青 ,并探讨了中间相沥青溶剂分级组分对镁炭砖型块耐压强度的影响。两种粘结对比实验表明 ,中间相沥青结合型块的高温耐压性能优于酚醛树脂结合型块。 MgO C brick, a kind of new basic refractory, is remarkably influenced by the quality of binders. Mesophase pitch is proposed to be used as a binder to replace phenolic resin. The proper mesophase pitch was determined through orthogonal experiment and the influence of solvent fraction components of mesophase pitch on compressive strength of MgO C sample brick was approached. The contrast tests between mesophase pitch and phenolic resin show that the compressive strength at high temperature of sample brick using mesophase pitch as the binder is much higher than that of using phenolic resin as binder. The results of these experiments are in correspondence with each other.
