双心室单心房三腔起搏器治疗严重充血性心力衰竭的近期疗效
摘要
慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)治疗难度大,病死率高。目前CHF的治疗主要以药物为主,虽可缓解症状,但仍有相当数量的患者即便长期使用最佳的药物组合。
