The increase of deformation resistance was measured during low temperature rolling,then the obstacles to low temperature rolling were analyzed for the pass schedules now available.The optimum pass schedule for low temperature rolling was given.The simulated rolling has proved that without any modification,the rough rolling at 900 ℃ can be operated on torsion free continuous mill and rough rolling at 950 ℃ can be operated on continuous mill with torsion if the driving motors are reasonably disposed.
