摘要 单芯钢丝铠装电力电缆的铠装损耗 ,影响了电缆载流量 ,这问题已越来越引起人们的关注 ,它的应用已经给某些输电工程带来了不小麻烦和经济损失。本文通过试验和查阅有关文献 ,对铠装钢丝的损耗等问题进行了深入探讨 ,并提出采用铜丝来隔磁是个错误概念。这种结构的钢丝仍然会产生磁滞和涡流损耗 ,并使载流量下降。最后 ,提出了应修改有关产品标准 。 The loss induced by the armour in single core wire armoured power cables reduces the current carrying capacity of the cable, which draws the attention of more and more people. This loss has already brought about troubles and economic loss in some power transmission projects. The author of this paper investigated the loss induced by the armouring wires by experiments and consulting technical literature and concluded the it is wsrong to isolate magnetic field by using copper wires, because this kind of armour still causes hysteresis and eddycurrent loss thus reduces current carrying capacity. Finally, the author proposed to modify the related existing standards and reminded the end users to be careful in selecting single core wire armoured power calbes.
