摘要
以何种方式进行公务员考核 ,将直接影响到考核的真实性和有效性。现有的考核方式很多 ,比起以前的干部考核在许多方面都有所进步 ,但是为更好地建设公务员制度 。
The method of how to assess a government officials' exam, will directly influence the truth and effective of the exam. Today, there are many kind methods of examination which have made advance than before in many aspects, but this paper still analyzes some weakness on those methods for the aim of bettering the system of government officials.
