摘要
目的探讨四物汤对60 Coγ射线或环磷酰胺诱导的血虚证小鼠骨髓细胞CD 34抗原分子表达的影响。方法用60 Coγ射线全身照射小鼠或腹腔注射环磷酰胺造成小鼠血虚证模型 ,实验分正常组、模型组、小剂量组、中剂量组、大剂量组 ,荧光标记小鼠骨髓细胞并用流式细胞仪测定CD 34+ 细胞在骨髓有核细胞中的比例 ,同时做小鼠骨髓细胞集落培养。结果与结论四物汤可促进血虚小鼠骨髓中干祖细胞增生 ,增加CD 34抗原分子的表达 。
Objective: To study the effects of Siwu Tang (ST) on CD 34 antigen expression in bone marrow of mice with blood deficiency (BD) induced by irradiation or cyclophosphamide(CTX). Methods: The mice models of BD were established by irradiation of 60 Co γ or intraperitoneal injection of CTX. The mice were allocated to 5 groups: the control group, the model group and three ST groups (in low, moderate and high dosage respectively). The expression of CD 34 antigen was determined by flow cytometry. Marrow Karyocytes were labeled by double fluorescence and myelocyte colony culture was adopted. Results and Conclusion: ST can promote the proliferation of stem cells in blood deficient mice and increase the CD 34 antigen expression in bone marrow.
