摘要
应用新型绿色环保材料TS - 1分子筛催化剂 ,研究了以 30 %的双氧水为氧源的苯酚氧化合成苯二酚的清洁生产工艺。苯酚和 30 %的双氧水在 80℃下反应 4h ,转化率达到 2 1 2 1 % ,苯二酚的选择性达到 99 82 % ,副产物苯醌的质量分数只有0 1 8%
Using TS-1 molecular sieve as catalyst and 30% hydrogen peroxide as oxidant,the green process of dihydroxybeneze synthesized from phenol was discussed in this paper.The mixture of phenol and 30% hydrogen peroxide was stirred at 80% for 4hr with TS-1 molecular sieve.The conversion rate is over 21.21%,the dihydroxybenzene's selectivity is over 99.82%, while the amount of by-product benzopquinone is only 0.18%.
