摘要
安阳市职工文化体育中心为型钢混凝土与钢筋混凝土混合结构,共5层,内部分布大跨大空间,型钢混凝土柱的数量较少,吨位大,分布较为特殊,核心型钢的吊装对施工的可行性、安全性、经济性有较大的影响。通过对几种不同施工方案进行对比分析,确定了较为经济的型钢一次吊装方案,并采用BIM等先进技术,对该方案的工艺流程进行了梳理,并重点对吊装路线,吊装安全性等施工保证措施进行了校核,使安阳职工文体中心施工得以顺利进行。
Anyang Cutural and Sports Center is steel-reinforce concrete composite structure,5floor,there are sevrel long-span space distrbution in the building.Becouse of the composite component share less retio of the total component,and it has large weight, special distrbution.The hoisting of core steel has a great influence on the feasibility,safety and economy of the construction.Comparison and analysis of several different construction schemes,we choose a more economical solution,and using BIM technology to comebine the process of the construction scheme.The construction guarantee measures,such as hoisting route and hoisting safety,are checked to ensure the construction carded outs moothly.
