食品企业实验室信息化系统应用关键因素分析 被引量:5

摘要 随着现代信息技术的飞速发展,实验室信息化系统(laboratory information management system, LIMS)在国内各类型实验室得到普遍应用,而食品检测实验室也采用LIMS实现了食品生产检测的流程控制和质量控制,切实提高了食品检测效率。但是LIMS系统也在实验室应用过程中暴露了很多问题。本文分析了成熟的LIMS商业软件的共性特点,对照食品企业实验室LIMS系统的应用需求以及应用现状,结合LIMS项目实施的经验,研究食品企业实验室成功应用LIMS系统的关键因素。通过关键因素的分析改良LIMS系统实施观念,将LIMS系统作为领导带头全员行动的重点工程来实施,重视项目实施的前期基础工作准备,以及建立规范的后期使用和升级机制,保证LIMS系统在食品企业实验室应用过程中的可持续发展。 With the rapid development of modern information technology, the laboratory information management system (LIMS) has been widely used in various types of laboratories in China, and the food testing laboratory has also adopted the LIMS to realize process control and quality control, which has effectively improved the efficiency of food testing. But the LIMS system also exposed many problems during the laboratory application process. This paper analyzed the common characteristics of mature LIMS commercial software, compared the application requirements and application status of LIMS system in food enterprise laboratory, and combined the experience of LIMS project implementation to study the key factors for the successful application of LIMS system in food enterprise laboratory. Through the analysis of key factors, the implementation concept of the LIMS system was improved, and the LIMS system was implemented as a key project for leading the whole staff action, and the preliminary basic work preparation for project implementation was emphasized,and establish a standardized post-use and upgrade mechanism and ensure the sustainable development of the LIMS system in the application process of food enterprises.
