中医外治法治疗原发性痛经临床辨经选穴规律研究

选取研究近20年来有关中医外治法治疗原发性痛经的现代文献,其中包括针刺法、灸法、推拿等中医外治方法,涉及了体穴和以耳穴为主的特定部位。经过一系列详细而周密的检索、统计,最终获得有效文章387篇,使用穴位2 000频次,并得出重要结论。探索中医外治法治疗原发性痛经的取穴规律,以指导临床选穴与治疗方法及处方配伍。

Choosing modern literature in the last twenty years on the external technology of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea to research,including acupuncture,moxibustion,massage,etc.traditional Chinese medicine external treatment method,involving the body points and specific parts in the ear.After a series of detailed and careful retrieval and statistics,387 effective articles were obtained,and the 2000 frequency of acupoints was used,and the following conclusions were drawn.By exploring the law of acupuncture points selection for the Chinese medicine external treatment of primary dysmenorrhea, hopefully guide the selection of primary dysmenorrhea clinical acupoints and method and compatibility of treatment prescriptions.
