摘要
研究了应用高浓精练剂DM-1361的亚麻粗纱煮漂工艺,分析了高浓精练剂DM-1361质量浓度、过氧化氢质量浓度、氢氧化钠质量浓度、稳定剂质量浓度、处理温度、处理时间对亚麻粗纱白度和断裂强力的影响。结果表明:应用高浓精练剂DM-1361的亚麻粗纱碱氧一浴煮漂工艺除杂效果好,纤维白度高,强力损失小,不产生硅垢,无环境污染。最佳工艺参数为:高浓精练剂DM-1361质量浓度0. 6 g/L,过氧化氢质量浓度5 g/L,氢氧化钠质量浓度3 g/L,稳定剂DM-1403质量浓度1. 5 g/L,处理温度90℃,处理时间80 min。煮漂后的亚麻粗纱综合性能好,满足后续细纱工序的技术要求。
The application of refining agent DM-1361 on scouring and bleaching process of the flax roving was studied.The factors affecting whiteness and breaking strength of the flax,such as refining agent DM-1361 consumption,hydrogen peroxide concentration,sodium hydroxide dosage,stabilizer dosage,temperature and treatment time were analyzed.The results showed that the refining effect of DM-1361 was quite ideal and the flax roving had high whiteness,less damage to strength.The silica scale deposits cannot be produced,and the scouring and bleaching process had no pollution to the environment. The optimized process parameters are:refining agent DM-1361 0.6g/L,hydrogen peroxide 5g/L,sodium hydroxide 3g/L,stabilizer dosage 1.5g/L,bleaching at 90℃ for 80minutes.The scoured and bleached flax roving has good comprehensive performance and meet the technical requirements of subsequent spinning.
