Research on the Infiltrative Ideological and Political Courses in Law Majors of Public Security Colleges from the Perspective of "National Standard"

《国标》公布后,公安院校法学专业人才培养在思想政治方面既要满足《国标》的要求,也要体现出公安院校法学专业的特色。公安院校法学专业思想政治课程体系要根据人才培养目标和课程特点等因素设置。渗透性思想政治课程具有针对性和全面性,能够满足公安院校法学专业在思想政治方面人才培养的需要。开展渗透性思想政治课程,既要注重渗透性思想政治课程教师队伍的培育,又要找准思想政治课程与法学课程的融合点,在实践中不断探索,最大限度地发挥出渗透性思想政治课程的功能。

Since the release of "National Standard", the legal talents’ cultivation in public security colleges should meet the requirements of the "National Standard" in the ideological and political aspect, as well as reflect their own characteristics. The ideological and political course system of law majors in public security colleges should be designed according to the objectives of talent cultivation and curriculum characteristics. As the infiltrative ideological and political courses are purposeful and comprehensive, they can meet the needs of talents cultivation required by the law major in public security colleges. In order to maximize the function of the infiltrative ideological and political courses, we should attach importance to the cultivation of teaching staff, correctly integrate ideological and political courses with law courses, and make continuously exploration in practice.
