深圳市宝安区流行性感冒流行特征及预防控制策略 被引量:6

Analysis on the characteristics of influenza and its prevention and control in Bao'an district of Shenzhen city

摘要 目的:分析深圳市宝安区流行性感冒流行特征,并针对性提出预防控制策略。方法:收集2014年1月至2016年12月宝安区国家流行性感冒监测点数据,对连续3年流感在宝安区流行特征、感染病毒进行分析。结果:2014年1月至2016年12月深圳市宝安区国家级流感监测哨点医院共监测流感样病例(IL) 3 755例,同期门诊和急诊就诊总数为266 854例,IL占1.41%。男性所占百分比高于女性;最常见发病年龄为6~12岁,其次为13~18岁、0~5岁,0~18岁发病占67.78%;秋冬季节为流感发病高峰;学生为最常见发病人群,占57.36%。2014年、2015年、2016年病原学检测阳性率分别为10.46%、28.55%、8.53%。结论:深圳市宝安区流感流行具有一定特征,应加强对重点人群预防和监测,控制预防流感流行。 Objective:To analyze the epidemic characteristics of influenza in Bao’an district of Shenzhen city and explore the preventive and control strategies.Methods:Data of the national influenza surveillance sentinel from January 2014 to December 2016 of Bao’an district were collected and the epidemic characteristics,infection virus in the three consecutive years of Bao’an district were analyzed.Results:A total of IL 3 755 cases were monitored from January 2014~December 2016 in the national influenza surveillance sentinel hospital of Shenzhen Bao’an district.And in the same period,a total number of 266 854 cases were treated in outpatient and emergency department,IL was 1.41%.The incidence of males was higher than that of females.The most common age was 6 to 12 years old,followed by 13~18 years and 0~5 years old.The incidence rate was 67.78% in 0~18 years old.The peak incidence of influenza was the highest in autumn and winter.The pupil showed the most common population,accounting for 57.36%.The positive rates of pathogens in 2014,2015 and 2016 were 10.46%,28.55%,8.53%.Conclusion:Influenza epidemic of Bao ’an district,Shenzhen city has certain characteristics.The prevention and the monitor should be strengthen for the key crowd as to control flu popular.
