刺激法在鼓膜修补术中的疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of the Stimulant Method in Myringoplasty

目的:评价刺激法治疗单纯性鼓膜成形术的效果,探讨刺激对鼓膜再生的影响。方法:对鼓膜穿孔直径大于2.5mm,而且时间超过2周以上,225耳（207例）使用刺激贴片修补,从愈合时间,刺激次数和再生速度等方面进行观察和分析。结果:结果:刺激法修补,225例耳中96％愈合,纯音听力测试,显示语音频率气导阈,在原来的基础上提高10～15db,无一例听力下降者。鼓室曲线为A型,且鼓室压均在正常范围。结论:刺激法在鼓膜成形术中通过机械性刺激,促进了鼓膜的再生愈合。

: To evaluate the effect of stimulation in myringoplasty and the regeneration of tympanic membrane with stimulus. Methods: The stimulant method for myringoplasty was performed in 225 ears (207 cases), in which diameter of perforation of tympanic membrane was above 2. 5mm and course of disease was over 2 weeks. The cure time, the amount of stimulus, and the rate of regeneration. cases were observed and analysed in these cases. Results:96% (in 225 ears) were cured by stimulation. Audiometric tests showed that the air conduction threshold in speech frequency was increased 10～15dB from base. There was no one decreased. Tympanal curve was the type of 'A' and tympanal pressure was in normal range. Conclusion: The stimulant method for myringoplasty may promote regeneration and healing of tympanic membrane by mechanical stimulation.
