Study on the Polycondensation of Isophthaloyl Chloride and m-Phenylenediamine with Tertiary Amine Used as Absorbent of HCl

研究了各种叔胺作为聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺 (PMIA)合成反应中HCl的吸收剂对PMIA分子量的影响 .结果表明 ,在PMIA树脂合成中加入添加剂α -甲基吡啶 ,对提高PMIA分子量作用明显 .探索了高分子量PMIA树脂稳定的生产工艺 ,并用红外光谱。

Effect of a series of tertiary amine used as the absorbent of HCl on the molecular weight of PMIA was studied in the synthesis of poly(m-phenylene isophthalamide)(PMIA).It has been found that the molecular weight of PMIA increases clearly when α-methylpyridine is used as additive in polymeric reaction.The obtained polymer was characterized by IR and TG.
