文章对《政治经济学教程》中提出的“生产力要与生产关系相适应”、“用于非生产性的基本建设是消费基金”、“总产品扣除当年消耗的生产资料和消费资料的剩余就是净产品”、“宏观调控是生产资料公有制的要求”和“经济效益具有社会制度属性”等观点 。

The author raised his own opinions to be discussed on the following problems:'Productive forces are suited to production relations','the capital construction used in non-production is the funds for consumption','the total products deducting means of production consumed in the year and surplus of means of consumption are net products','macro-control is the demand of public ownership of means of production','economic performance has the property of the social system'.
