摘要
目的:评价3种全瓷粘结材料粘结后GI-Ⅱ渗透陶瓷底层冠边缘封闭性。方法:用3种全瓷粘结材料粘结15个GI-Ⅱ渗透陶瓷底层冠,然后用2%亚甲兰溶液浸染1周,剖冠后体视镜下测量边缘微渗漏。结果:Dyract Cemplus和Super Bond C&B粘结组边缘封闭性明显优于Hy-Bond glasionomer 组。结论:Dyract Cemplus和Super Bond C&B是粘结GI-Ⅱ渗透陶瓷冠的理想材料。
Objective:To evaluate the marginal seal of GI-II infiltrated ceramic copings cemented with three lutingagents. Methods: 15 copings were cemented using three luting agents. All cemented copings were subsequently immersedin 2% dying solution for one week. Then the microleakage was measured under stereoscope. Results: The copings lutedwith Dyract Cemplus and Super Bond C&B showed better marginal seal than that of the Hy-Bond glasionomer. Conclusions:Dyract Cemplus and Super Bond C&B are ideal luting agents to GI-II infiltrated ceramic copings.
