摘要
文中基于可测性理论及模糊组概念,对有容差模拟线性电路故障诊断中测试点的选择提出了一个新的准则及方法。此方法计算量小,不受容差影响,时测试点的设计及实际诊断工作都有一定的指导意义。
Based on testability theory and ambiguity group concept, a method for test points selected in the fault diagnosis of analog linear circuit is proposed. This method requires less computing - labor and component tolerances have no effect on it. It can be used in test point design and fault location.
