摘要
目的 :探讨人际交往团体训练对大学生个性发展的影响。方法 :以人际交往小组活动的形式对 10名大学生进行为期 9周的训练 ,实验前后分别测查 16PF ,并通过主观评价量表判断训练效果。结果 :经 9周团体训练后 ,其 16PF项目以及自评测量多数项目表现为明显改善 :聪慧性 (6 2± 1 7/ 4 8± 1 3 ,t=3 4,P <0 0 1)、敢为性 (5 6± 1 4/ 5 0± 1 4,t =2 3 ,P <0 0 5 )、敏感性 (6 5± 1 4/ 7 0± 0 94,t =2 3 ,P<0 0 5 )、忧虑性 (5 9± 1 2 / 6 8± 1 8,t =2 6,P <0 0 5 )。结论 :团体训练对改善大学生人际交往有短期效果。
