摘要
通过对一次短时电网频率下降事件中各运行机组的一次调频效应动作情况的详细分析,发现事故情况下相当一部分拥有快速数字电液调速器(DEH)的机组未能参与一次调频的安全隐患,对此进行了原因分析,并提出了相应改进建议。
This paper analyzes the operation of primary frequency regulation fo r operating units during the event of a frequency re-duction in short time in Henan power system.The hidden trouble of safety is found that primary frequenc y regulation for some operat-ing units with DEH can't be put into operation d uring the event.The analysis of causes and suggestions of improvement for the hid-den trouble of safety are also presented in this paper.
