摘要
对M3滚刀进行了物理气相沉积 (PVD)工艺试验。经高温耐磨试验和切削试验证明 ,M3滚刀经TiN涂层后 ,其耐磨性和使用寿命显著提高。
The technology test of PVD is used on M3 hob. It is concluded that the resistance to wear and the life of the hob have been improved greatly through the test of high temperature resistance to wear and the cutting test.
