摘要
通过对鞍钢冷轧厂五机架冷轧机支承辊服役后辊身表面硬化层出现的硬度变化进行研究 ,确定出支承辊服役后辊身表面硬化层的深度 ,从而修改了支承辊磨削制度 ;又根据支承辊的实际使用寿命 。
The hardness variation of the hardening layer on the roll body surface after use of backup roll in 5-stand cold tandem mill in Angang Cold Rolled Strip Plant is investigated, the hardening layer depth on the backup roll surface after its use is thus determined, and then the grinding system for the backup roll is modified. Moreover, the backup roll change system is formulated according to its actual service life.
