我国目前住宅消费市场面临的主要问题及其对策

Main problems and countermeasures of China's current housing consumption

目前我国住宅消费已成为国民经济发展中的一个新的增长点 ,成为我国目前突破内需不足和牵动国民经济快速增长的主力军。然而 ,在住宅消费快速发展过程中 ,也存在着许多制约其发展的因素。今后一段时间内 ,如何促进其发展 ,进一步改善广大人民的生活水平 ,尤其是人们的居住水平 ,这是一个让广大居民普遍关心的问题。本文就其中最主要的因素进行分析 ,并提出相应的对策与建议。

At present housing consumption has become a new highlight of our national economic development and it is also regarded as the main force to promote the inefficient domestic demand and guarantee the rapid development of national economy. However, in this process a lot of factors have appeared restricting its rapid development. The broad masses of people are generally concerned themselves with how to promote the development of this industry and how to further improve the residents' living level, especially their housing standard in the near future. In this paper the author analyzes some of the most important factors and raises her own opinions as to how to deal with these questions.
