摘要
为了研究尼龙 6 /粘土纳米复合材料制备和结构 ,采用合适的改性剂对粘土进行有机改性 ,改性后的有机土与尼龙按一定比例在具有反螺纹段的双螺杆挤出机中熔融复合。TEM测试结果表明 :大多数粘土以单晶层均匀分散于基体中 (即使有少数以多晶层出现 ,厚度大约 2 0nm) 。
In order to study the preparation and structure of nylon6/clay nanocomposites, an appropriate organic modifier is selected and modifies clay. The organic clay and the pellet of nylon6 are blended with certain ratio in twin screw extruder with back whorl .TEM results show that the clay exfoliates completely and its layers scatter in nylon6 evenly then form nanocomposites.
