摘要
研究了 Mn替代 Co对 Tb2 Co1 7金属间化合物结构和磁性的影响。 X射线衍射表明 :Tb2 Co1 7- x Mnx(x=0 ,1,2 ,3,4)化合物均为 Th2 Zn1 7型菱方结构 ;晶胞参数和单胞体积均随 Mn含量的增加而线性增大。磁性测量表明 :Tb2 Co1 7- x Mnx(x=0 ,1,2 ,3,4)化合物室温为面各向异性 ;居里温度 Tc随 Mn含量 x的增加而线性降低 ;自旋重取向温度 Tsr随 Mn含量 x的增加而线性降低 ;饱和磁化强度 Ms起初随 Mn含量增加而缓慢增大 ,当 x>3时随 Mn含量增加而迅速减小。
The influence on the structure and magnetism of the intermetallic compounds Tb 2Co 17 when Mn atom replaces for Co atom was studied. X-ray diffraction results indicate that the compounds Tb 2Co 17-x Mn x(x=0,1,2,3,4) are all of Th 2Zn 17 type rhombohedral structure,and the crystal parameters and unit-cell volume increase linearly with the increasing of Mn atom content. The magnetic measurements indicate that the compounds Tb 2Co 17-x Mn x(x=0,1,2,3,4) all exist easy-plane anisotropy at room temperature; The Curie temperature Tc and the spin reorientation temperature Tsr all decrease linearly with the increasing of Mn atom content; The saturation magnetization Ms firstly increases slowly,and then decreases dramatically as x>3 with the increasing of Mn atom content.
