摘要
变革型课程领导是与传统标准化课程管理相区别的一种新型范式。变革型课程领导基于专业知能与道德权威,透过共同的学校发展愿景,来引领学校组织成员的教育理念和价值观,以实现学生学业成就的提高并推动学校改进与发展。实施变革型课程领导需要明确课程领导者的角色。同时,课程领导的有效实施需分阶段、分步骤循序推进,不同的阶段应采取不同的变革策略。
Transformational Curriculum Leadership is a late-model that differs from traditional standardized curriculum management. Base on professional skills and moral authority and through the common vision of development, Transformational Curriculum leadership guides educational concept and values of its members, in order to accomplish the enhancement of students' academic achievement and promote the reform and development of the university. To make full use of curriculum leadership, it is necessary to define the role of curriculum leaders. At the same time, curriculum leadership should be carried forward in order by different phases and steps and adopts varied transform strategies at different stages.
