摘要
本研究选取了评价卡纸质量的10个主要性能参数,利用主成分分析法对其进行简化,运算后选取3个相互独立的综合指标反映原来多个指标的信息,并进一步建立了卡纸质量评价的主成分模型和综合模型。实验结果表明:简化后的3个综合指标能够较好地反映原评价指标的信息,用主成分分析法得到的综合模型在快速评价卡纸质量方面得到了较好的应用。
Ten performance parameters which are related to cardboard quality were selected and simplified by using the principal component analysis method. Three independent comprehensive indexes were used to reflect the original information. Furthermore, the principal component model and comprehensive model were established to evaluate cardboard quality. The result showed that three simplified comprehensive indexes well reflect the original evaluation information. The comprehensive model obtained by using principal component analysis method has certain application value in rapid evaluation of cardboard quality.
