泌尿系结石是泌尿外科常见的疾病之一,是泌尿外科患者住院的首位原因。近些年,我国泌尿系结石的发病率有明显升高的趋势,我国已经成为世界上三大结石高发区之一。随着医疗水平的提高,泌尿系统结石发病机制研究的深入,使诸多先进的治疗手段在临床上得以应用,有效改善了泌尿系统结石的临床治疗效果。该文从药物治疗、外科治疗等方面对现阶段泌尿系统结石的治疗进展进行综述。

Urinary system calculi is one of the common diseases of urology surgery, and it is the top reason oilaospitalization of patients in urology surgery department. In recent years, the incidence of urinary calculi in China is significantly rising, and China has become one of the three regions with the highest incidencein the world. With the improvement of medical level and research of the pathogenesis of urinary calculi, a lot of advanced treatments have been applied in clinical, which has effectively improved the clinical therapeutic effects of urinary calculi. Here is to make a review of the drug therapy and surgical treatment of urinary calculi.
