摘要
在液晶显示器背光模组LED侧照明中,为了减小近光源处明暗相间非混光区对导光板有效均匀照明面积的影响,对导光板入光面处微结构进行研究。设计了一种具有阵列棱镜结构的微棱镜膜,在不改变LED与入光面距离以及相邻LED间距的前提下,将其贴附于导光板的入光面处。试验结果表明:当棱镜顶角为105°时,入射光线的出射角度最大,微棱镜膜的散光作用可以将非混光区的宽度由原来4mm减缩至2mm。有效地增加了近光源处混光区域的面积,对于LED侧照明式背光模组入光面微结构的设计有一定的指导意义。
In the LED side lighting of LCD(Liquid Crystal display)backlight module,in order to reduce the influence from the non-mixed area near the light source for the effective uniform illuminating area of the light guide plate,the micro structure on the incident surface of light guide plate is studied.A micro prism film with prisms array is designed without changing the distance between LED and incident surface,as well as the spacing between adjacent LEDs,it is pasted on the incident surface of the light guide plate.The results show when the apex angle of prism is 105°,the emission angle is the largest.The astigmatism of micro-prism film can reduce the non light mixed area from original 4 mm to 2 mm.It increases the light mixing zone area near the light source effectively.This research is significant to the micro structure design on the incident surface of the side lighting backlight module.
