竹叶石膏汤合二至地黄汤联合西药治疗慢性肾小球肾炎随机平行对照研究

Lophatherum Gypsum Decoction and Erzhi Dihuang Decoction combine with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Glomerulonephritis Randomized Parallel Group Study

［目的］观察竹叶石膏汤合二至地黄汤联合西药治疗慢性肾小球肾炎疗效。［方法］使用随机平行对照方法,将180例住院患者按病志号顺序简单随机分为两组。对照组88例卡托普利12.5 ～ 50mg/次,3次/d,拜阿司匹灵0.1g/次,3次/d。治疗组92例竹叶石膏汤合二至地黄汤（竹叶10g,石膏20g,麦冬15g,半夏12g,党参15g,女贞子、旱莲草各20g,熟地黄30g,山药20g,山茱萸、牡丹皮各15g,泽泻10g,茯苓15g）,1剂/d,水煎300mL,早晚温服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗2周为1疗程。临床症状、尿蛋白、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。［结果］治疗组痊愈82例,显效6例,有效2例,无效2例,总有效率98.50%;对照组痊愈60例,显效12例,有效8例,无效8例,总有效率90.60%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P＜0.05）。尿蛋白含量两组均有改善（P＜0.01）,治疗组改善优于对照组（P＜0.01）。［结论］竹叶石膏汤合二至地黄汤联合西药治疗慢性肾小球肾炎,疗效满意,值得推广。

[ Objective ] To observe the curative effect of Lophatherum and Gypsum Decoction combine with Erzhi Dihuang Decoction in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis. E Method ] Random parallel control methods, 180 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups. 88 cases in control group were used Kato Pury, and small dose of aspirin, medicine according to the patient＇s actual situation decision. The treatment group of 92 patients using zhuyeshigao Decoction combine with ErzhiDihuang Decoction （ bamboo 10g, gypsum 20g, Radix 15g, Pinellia 12g, Codonopsis 15g, Ligustrum lucidum 20g, Eclipta 20g, Rehmannia 30g, Chinese yam 20g, dogwood 15g, moutan 15g, Alisma 10g, Poria 15g oral, somewhat qi Astragalus 30g, wang plus Anemarrhena 15g, Treats 10g, evil Sheng plus honeysuckle 10g, forsythia 10g;with stasis Salviae 20g, red peony root 10g ）, daily an agent, water frying, sooner or later the service. Continuous treatment for two weeks as a course. Observation of clinical symptoms, urinary protein content and adverse reaction. Judge the curative effect after a course of treatment. [ Results ] 82 cases were cured, markedly effective in 6 cases, effective 2 cases, invalid 2 cases in the treatment group, the total efficiency of 98.50% ; 60 cases were cured, markedly effective in 12 cases, 8 cases effective, 8 cases ineffective in the control group, the total efficiency of 90.60%. The treatment group was better than control group （ P 〈0.01 ） . Urinary protein content of the two groups of patients were improved （ P〈0.01 ）, the treatment group than the control group （ P 〈0.01 ） . [ Conclusion ~ Lophatherum and Gypsum Decoction combine with Erzhi Dihuang Decoction treating chronic glomerulonephritis, results were satisfactory, no side effects, it is worth promoting.
