Relationships between Finger-length and Athlete Selection in Different Sports

摘要 目的:研究乒乓球、篮球、100m三个项目间手指长与运动能力的关系,为运动员选材提供一定理论基础。方法:随机选取乒乓球、篮球和100m二级运动员68名,对其各指长进行测量、整理和分析。结果:(1)男女比较中,D3/D5、D4/D5、D2横/D2呈现显著差异性(p<0.05);(2)男性项目间,男子100m在手掌长、D2及D4与其他两项呈现显著差异性(P<0.05);(3)女性项目间,女篮在各指指长、横纹长较其他两项出现显著差异性。结论:(1)男女二级运动员D2/D4值为0.95左右(p<0.05),低于一般人群;若对比男女二级运动员差异性,D2横/D2的比值可能更有意义;(2)运动员选材时,D2/D4可能为0.95及以下;篮球应选手大,手掌及各手指绝对值较长,同时女子各指指横纹要长;选100m人才时,D4尽可能长。 Objective:This paper studies the possible relationships between finger-lengh and athletic ability in table tennis, basketball and 100m to provide the theoretical basis for the selection of athletes.Result: (1)Gender comparison: there was a significant difference(p〈0.05) in D3/D5, D4/D5 and finger crease lengh of D2/D2.(2)Different sports comprision with men:100m athletes had significant difference(p〈0.05)in palm lengh, D2 and D4 with other two sports.(3)Different sports comprision with women, basketball athletes had significant difference(p〈0.05)in different fingers lengh, finger crease lengh with other two sports.Conclusion: (1)D2/D4 finger ratios (D2/D4≈0.95)was not significant(p&gt;0.05)in gender comparison of two level athletes.It was lower than the general population. .If comparing two level gender athletes, finger crease lengh of D2/D2 ratio might be more meaningful.(2)If choose younge athletes, D2/D4 value shouid be lower than 0.95.Basketball atheletes should have big hands, palms and fingers longer absolute value, at the same time, female’ finger crease lengh be longer. 100m athletes’D4 should be as long as possible.
