摘要
实验教学是高等医学院校教学体系的重要组成部分,综合性与创新性实验教学是近年来基础医学实验教学改革的方向和趋势。在细胞与分子综合性实验教学中进行生物信息学实践,学生学习利用网络生物数据库资源进行实验设计,有利于调动学生积极性、培养学生的动手能力和后续科研能力,是学生能力培养过程中不可缺少的教学环节。文章介绍了在细胞与分子综合性实验教学中进行生物信息学实践的必要性,并探索了教学方式和教学内容。
Experimental teaching is an important component of the teaching system in medical schools.Recently,comprehension and innovation are becoming the orientation and trends of reformation in the fundamental medical science experimental teaching system.Therefore,we have integrated bioinformatics practice into the comprehensive teaching program of cellular and molecular experiments,and enabled students to learn to design experiments by using a variety of online biological database resources.This method could encourage students' initiative of learning,as well as foster their practice ability and future scientific research ability.It is an indispensable teaching part in students' development.In the paper,we introduced the necessity of bioinformatics practice in comprehensive cellular and molecular experiment teaching,and explored on the teaching mode and teaching content in the process.
