摘要 为评估政府采购重组禽流感病毒灭活疫苗(H5N1亚型Re-6株)对水禽的临床免疫效果,在县级疫苗储备库中,选取6家企业生产的重组禽流感病毒灭活疫苗(H5N1亚型Re-6株)免疫散养鸭,结果显示,试验疫苗免疫安全性良好,能产生明显的免疫反应,除有1家企业疫苗效果较差外,其他5个企业生产的疫苗对鸭免疫效果良好,免疫接种后最早14d即产生合格抗体,免疫有效期最长达151d以上。 To assess the immune effects of recombinant Avian influenza inactivated vaccines (H5N1 sub- type, Re-6 strain) in waterfowl for government procurement,the selected vaccines from six factories were used to immunize scatter-feed ducks. The results showed that all the vaccines are safety and the vaccines from five factories could induce good immune responses. Qualified antibody titers were elicited at 14 days after immunization,and the longest period of validity persisted up to 151 days or more.
