幼师类大专院校毕业生是一个特殊的就业群体,其专业特色决定了与其他专业在就业方式、解决就业难题等相关举措方面的不同。本文以广西幼儿师范高等专科学校2012届、2013届毕业生为例,通过实证调查,对毕业生就业的相关问题进行了较为深入的剖析,并有针对性地提出了可行的建议和措施。

Preschool college graduates is a special employment group, because of professional characteristic ,it＇s different from other professional in employment and solving the employment problem. This survey was made on the graduates in the year 2012 and 2013 of Guangxi College for Preschool Education , through the demonstration investigation, analyzes the problems of graduate employment and puts forward some corresponding measures and suggestions.
