摘要
动态联盟有效管理的平行系统方法 ,能够增强动态联盟的应变能力和运行可靠性,能够有效地提高动态联盟的管理与控制的效率,具体体现在:通过人工动态联盟系统对管理与控制动态联盟的有关人员进行学习和培训,可以使他们迅速了解并掌握动态联盟的复杂状况并采取相应的管理措施;通过对人工动态联盟系统进行计算实验,可以为管理动态联盟的决策方案提供依据;通过了解和掌握动态联盟的运行规律,可以提高对其的控制与管理效率等。动态联盟平行系统方法是可行的,但要应用到实践中还需要做大量的研究。下一步工作的重点是设计并实现动态联盟平行系统,并应用到动态联盟管理与控制的实践中。
Dynamic alliance parallel system method can enhance the adaptability and reliability of dynamic alliance, and effectively improve the efficiency of management and control of the dynamic alliance. The method can provide learning and training to relevant staff with artificial system of dynamic alliance, and enable them to quickly understand and master the complex sit- uation of dynamic alliance and the corresponding management measures. Based on computational experiments for the artificial dynamic alliance system, the experimental results can provide a basis for decision management of the dynamic alliance; and by means of the operation law of dynamic alliance, the control and management efficiency of dynamic alliance can be im- proved. The parallel system of dynamic alliance is feasible, but needs a lot of researches when applied in practice. The focus of future work is the design and implementation of the parallel system of dynamic alliance, as well as the application to the practice of management and control of dynamic alliance.
