体育专业大学生就业困境与对策研究

近年来在国内经济增长放缓、就业总量持续增加和结构性矛盾突出的三重压力下,就业单位对高校毕业生的有效用人需求下降,给高校毕业生就业工作带来不容忽视的影响,体育专业大学生就业形势同样严峻复杂,面临的困难主要有体育相关专业培养口径相近,就业去向趋同;社会对体育专业人才有需求,但缺少固定的职业岗位;有的地方对学校体育的重要性认识不足,体育教师缺编现象严重;体育专业毕业生求职笔试能力有待加强等。通过对体育专业大学生就业现状的调查研究,了解毕业生在就业过程中面临的困难和挑战,对进一步优化专业结构,促进人才培养与社会需求的紧密衔接,提升就业指导服务质量,推动实现更高质量的体育专业大学生就业工作都具有重要的现实意义。

Based on the investigation of present situation of professional sports college students in employment, understanding the difficulties and challenges of grdauates who must be face in the process of employment has significant meaning to further optimize the professional structure, promote more closely with the talent training and social needs, improve the quality of employment guidance serv- ices, and promote higher quality of professional sports college students＇ employment.
