H5N1亚型Re-6株禽流感病毒灭活疫苗对散养鸡的免疫效果

摘要
为评估H5N1亚型Re-6株禽流感病毒灭活疫苗的临床免疫效果,在县级疫苗储备库中,随机提取7家企业生产的H5N1亚型Re-6株禽流感病毒灭活疫苗免疫农户散养鸡。结果显示,试验疫苗安全性好,均能产生明显的免疫反应,但不同企业的疫苗免疫效果有差异,免疫后最早21 d可产生合格抗体,免疫有效期最长可达142 d以上。
