摘要
卧式注塑机全自动送嵌片系统由料架、导料槽、剪料机构、送料机构以及取成品机构等部分构成,其功能是将卷绕在料盘上的带状料片剪成单个嵌片,送入卧式注塑机,并将注塑好的成品取出。系统中,人性化的料架减轻了劳动强度;料架上同时悬挂二盘料带,料带经导料槽送进入剪切机构;剪料机构一次剪切2个嵌片;送料机构一次将4个嵌片送入注塑机,送料机构能在X、Y、Z三个方向运动,并能将竖直状态的抓料吸盘支架翻转到水平状态。系统通过控制6个单轴运动,实现了需要6个自由度机械手才能完成的一系列复杂动作。
The automatic feeding system of the horizontal injection molding machine consists of a rack, a guide trough, a shear mechanism, a conveying mechanism and a finished product taking mechanism, etc. The function of the system is to cut the belt material winding on the tray into a single insert piece, send inserts into the horizontal injection molding machine, and remove the finished injection molding products, which helps to reduce the labor in- tensity. The material rack hangs two plates of strips, and the material belt will be sent into the shear mechanism by the guide trough. The shear mechanism shears two inserts at once. The conveying mechanism sends four inserts into the injection molding machine at a time, which can move in XYZ directions, and flip the grab materials chuck hold- er from the vertical condition to horizontal condition. Through controlling the six uniaxial motions, the system reali- zes a series of complex actions which needs six degrees of freedom manipulator to complete.
