摘要
当前,对学前教育资源配置效率的研究是教育研究中的短板,不能为学前教育资源配置长期规划提供科学决策依据。本研究基于产出可能性边界分析框架,阐述了我国学前教育资源宏观配置效率的内涵,构建了衡量宏观配置效率的指标;并基于我国学前教育事业发展的时间序列数据,探讨了未来提高我国学前教育资源宏观配置效率的路径。研究发现,未来学前教育资源投入应与人口流动的方向保持一致。在城市、县镇和农村配置效率比较分析的基础上,研究指出未来学前教育资源投入的重点在县镇。研究还发现,东中西部地区提高配置效率的路径略有差异。
At present, the study about efficiency of preschool resources allocation is short board in educa- tional research, cannot provide scientific basis for decision making long-term planning of preschool re- source allocation. This study based on the analysis framework of production possibilities frontier, ex- plains the meaning of preschool resources macro allocation efficiency, and builds the indicators of measur- ing macro allocation efficiency. Based on the tine series data of our preschool development, it investigates the path of improving macro allocation efficiency of preschool resources in the future. This study found that, Preschool resources allocation should be consistent with the direction of population movements in the future. On the basis of comparative analysis of allocation efficiency among cities, towns and rural, this study points out that towns should be the investment focus of preschool resources in the future, and the path of improving macro allocation efficiency among East, Middle and West district of our country will be slightly different.
