RESEARCH STATUS AND DEVELOPMENT TENDENCY OF WELDING TECHNOLOGY OF Mg /Al DISSIMILAR METALS

摘要 镁合金和铝合金性能优异,应用前景广阔,焊接技术约束其进一步发展应用。分析了镁、铝合金的焊接特点,综述了近年来镁/铝异种金属焊接方法,包括扩散焊、钎焊、搅拌摩擦焊、电子束焊、TIG焊、激光焊等,展望了镁/铝异种金属的焊接研究方向。 Magnesium alloys and Aluminum alloys have a wide application prospect due to their multiple excellent properties. Welding technique has been a key technology restraining the application of Mg/A1 dissimilar metals. Welding characteristics of magnesium alloys and aluminum alloys are analyzed, and welding processes of Mg/A1 dissimilar metals were introduced including diffusion welding, brazing, friction stir welding, electron beam welding, TIG, laser welding and so on. The future directions of welding technology of Mg/A1 dissimilar metals were pointed out.
