摘要
南京青奥塔楼主体结构采用劲性核心筒+钢框架结构体系,是全球首例300m超高层全逆作法施工,施工难度大,技术要求高。对南京青奥中心逆作法钢结构工程施工技术进行了研究和探讨,重点介绍了超长超重倒插柱施工技术、地下室外框超大环板转运与安装技术、复杂条件下厚板焊接与变形控制技术和逆作法施工沉降变形控制技术等施工技术。这些技术措施保证了南京青奥中心逆作法钢结构工程的顺利实施,确保了工程质量、施工安全和施工进度。
Nanjing Youth Olympic Tower adopts a structural system of SRC(Steel Reinforced Concrete) core tube combined with steel frame. This is the first high-rise building beyond 300 meters using inverse construction method in the world. The construction is complicated and thus sophisticate techniques are required. In this paper, a few important techniques in the construction of Nanjing Youth Olympic Tower are presented, including inversely inserting of over-length and overweight columns,transportation and installation of large ring plates, thick plate welding and deformation control under complex conditions,as well as settlement control during inverse construction. The application of these techniques ensures the successful construction of Nanjing Youth Olympic Tower, and the quality, safety and schedule of construction are also guaranteed.
