摘要
海上稠油油田的开发受平台空间、注热设备、井口设备、井筒隔热工艺、防砂工艺、热采成本高等的限制,因而海上稠油开发更具有挑战性。主要介绍了渤海油田多元热流体吞吐技术的现场试验,包括多元热流体发生系统验证、隔热管柱验证、防砂筛管验证等,并在南堡35-2油田现场试验中对注热设备及配套工艺技术进行了验证与优化,取得了显著效果,为海上稠油规模化开发奠定了基础。
The development of offshore heavy oilfields is limited by the platform space,thermal equipment,wellhead equipment,wellbore heat insulation,sand control technology and the high cost because of its high challenge.The field test of complex thermal fluid puff technology in Bohai Oilfield is mainly introduced,including the verification of complex thermal fluid puff system,Thermal insulation casing-string,sand control screen verification.The thermal equipment and related technology and optimization in the field test of the complex thermal fluid puff technology in NP35-2Oilfield are verified,significant results are achieved,which lays a foundation for large-scale offshore heavy oil development.
