摘要
针对Edgecam编程中的程序后处理问题,提出了定制五轴机床后处理器的方法。首先提出了基于Edgecam的定制流程,论述了机床建模、运动变换、后处理器定制等关键技术,最后通过实例证明了方法的有效性,为其他机床的后置处理提供借鉴作用。
In order to solve the problem of post-processing in Edgecam programming,the method of five-axes post-processing was introduced. Firstly,the flowchart for post-processor in Edgecam was proposed. Then the key technologies of machine tool modeling,ki-nematics transformation,interactive customizing were studied. Finally,the case study validated the proposed method,which provided reference for post processing in other machine tool.
