摘要 本文引进了含有Ty-5基因的栽培番茄材料,并对材料进行了抗性鉴定、评价及分子标记的检测,结果显示,Ty-5基因对TYLCV具有较高的抗性,该基因的利用为番茄新品种选育奠定了基础。 In this paper,the cultivated tomato material with Ty-5was introduced,its resistanceof Ty-5 gene was determined and evaluated,and itsmolecular marker was detected.The results showed that Ty-5 had high resistance to TYLCV.The utilization of this gene would lay the foundation for breeding of new tomato variety.
