废旧电池循环利用产业发展现状调研及对策——以“长株潭3+5城市群”为例

Investigation on current situation and countermeasures about used batteries recycling industry——Taking "Chang-Zhu-Tan 3+5 City Cluster" as the case

涉及我国废旧电池循环利用产业的社区居民、金融机构、企业、高校和政府等相关主体仍处于零散状态,并未形成一个系统结构。通过在"长株潭3+5城市群"开展实地调研,考察了废旧电池回收产业相关主体的角色困境,研究了废旧电池回收利用产业发展现状,并提出了构建合理废旧电池回收模式及协同创新科技平台的对策。

There is no systematic structure in the recycling industry of used batteries in China nowadays. This paper discussed the dilemmatic role of community residents, financial institutions, enterprises, universities and research institutions, and government in the recycling industry in ＂Chang-Zhu-Tan 3 ＋5 City Cluster＂. According to the investigation, it proposed the development status of used battery recycling industry and constructed a reasonable used batteries recycling model. The collaborative innovation and technology platforms for used batteries recycling industry were also investigated.
