按照国家本科教育的学业内容和标准规定,结合华中农业大学和当地现实条件,从人才培养目标、培养规格、培养方案及教学过程等四个方面对食品科学与工程专业人才培养模式进行了研究和实践,旨在创新人才培养模式,为该专业发展注入活力。

According to the requirement of country＇ s undergraduate education for learning content and standard, considering the actual conditions of Huazhong Agricultural College and native place, the talent training mode of food science and engineering specialty were researched and practiced from aspects of training aim, training specification, training scheme, training plan and teaching process. The aim is to innovate talents training mode and inject vitality into the professional development.
